Good morning Year 4! We are half way through the week already 🙂
Today on our timetable we have Maths, English, RE and Music. I look forward to going through it with you all on our call at 9am.
Please remember to send your work to email@example.com – thank you.
Today we begin learning how to add fractions – listen carefully. If you can add, you can definitely add fractions 🙂
In this lesson, we will be looking at lots of words that we can use to describe delicious food. This new vocabulary will be very useful when we begin to explain the chocolate making process. We will be identifying word pairs and synonyms and apply this vocabulary in the sentences we write.
In this lesson we will be looking at the third part of the Catholic Mass – The Liturgy of the Eucharist. Today we will be learning to understand the meaning of an Offertory hymn sung at the Presentation of the Gifts. Listen carefully to the lesson below and then complete the worksheet below. An example of a completed worksheet has been included to help you with your work. Remember to think about what you have learned and use your own words when writing your explanations on the worksheet.
In Music today, we will be starting a new module all about percussion. By the end of this module you will be able to perform some body percussion and even learn how to do some beatboxing!
Here is the first lesson for you to follow 🙂
Have a great day everyone!
Mrs Myers 🙂
